The annual Member-Member Tournament was held recently, with the team of Mark Bowman and James Gayle taking home the title.
The players competed over two days, playing net best-ball using the Stableford points scoring system. The field is divided into four flights after Day 1, so everyone is still in it headed into the Final Round. Bowman-Gayle trailed in their flight by two points after Day 1, but mounted a huge comeback to overtake Jim McGlothlin-Phil Tralies in winning their flight. James fired a 67 on his own ball and led his team to a 54-point total on Day 2.
Other teams winning their flight and advancing to the Shootout were Warren May-Tom Crabtree, Phil Sprinkle-Bert Ketchum, and Jeff Eidson-Brent Lawrence.
