Garden

FARM TO TABLE: From the moment construction of the golf course began in 1999, The Olde Farm was, and intended to stay, a farm. Now, Executive Chef Nate works with our head horticulturalist to plan each seasonal harvest which is reflected on our seasonal menus.

Greenhouse

GROWN YEAR-ROUND: With year-round culinary needs, The Olde Farm looked for even more ways to supply our members with fresh produce. We found it through the construction of our own on-site greenhouse. The greenhouse allows for an early start to the growing season as well as prolonging its harvest.

Flowers

IN BLOOM: A beautiful assortment of flowers are always growing at The Olde Farm and can be spotted at all our venues. Whether it’s dinner, a wedding, or special event, you’ll see them perfectly assorted as centerpieces or decorations.

Orchards

SWEET TREAT: Various fruit trees and berry bushes can be found scattered throughout the property. Driving around the course you’ll see apple, peach, and pear trees along with blackberry and elderberry bushes.

Honey

HIVE TO JAR: As an ideal, natural sweetener, honey has quickly become a pantry staple at The Olde Farm – and there’s no better way to ensure our members get the best, 100% pure honey than to harvest it ourselves from on-property beehives
